Diana Kersey
Diana joined our team in 2004 as the primary residential estimator and project manager and excels in both the residential and commercial markets. With her skillful multi-tasking and attention to detail qualities, Diana successfully leads her crews to achieve finished projects that her customers love.
Sam Pedroncelli
Sam began his career as a painter in the 1980′s and made the switch to project management in 1996. He has a wealth of knowledge from his years of employment as a commercial estimator and coordinator and uses this extensive experience to successfully manage government and large commercial projects.
Johnny Franco
Johnny brings 35 years of construction experience to our team, and is bilingual, both of which allow him to collaborate with superintendents, homeowners and others involved in our projects. In 2010 he received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Safety/Environmental Management Engineering. Johnny is involved with the Southern NM community Action Program and Foster Parent Certification.
Leila Armstrong
Leila has 26 years of experience in the New Mexico construction industry, with 18 of those as an office manager. She started with us in 2007 and became our office manager in 2008. Giving back is important to Leila and that’s why she served many years with the boards of the Home Builders Association at both the local and state levels, and the Women’s Housing Coalition.
Meryl Linley
Meryl has been an asset for our company since the summer of 2003. Using her great coordination skills, she assists the communication between the office and field to send estimates, schedule, order materials, and in our other general administration needs.
Ron Peterson
Ron recently retired from the military and with over 38 years of experience gained an excellent reputation in people management and attention to detail which is why he’s perfect for our full-time Safety Manager. In this role, Ron helped us reach our goal of Safety by CHOICE and developed a successful safety program that emphasizes and implements a safe worksite for both our employees and our customers.
